In order to utilize the Wesley space, the following rules must be agreed and adhered to. Checking each box means that I have read and will follow each requirement.

I will never tell anyone my code or password.

I will only provide others access to the space for officially sanctioned events or gatherings, during official weekday hours, and with Campus Minister permission.

When opening the space for others, I am responsible for rule enforcement, cleaning, and lock up. I will not leave a mess at the space. I will encourage others to respect the space and keep it clean. I understand that PDA, movies rated higher than PG13, violent video games, alcohol or drugs are not allowed. Call Campus Minister if you need assistance enforcing rules.

I will not leave the space unattended.

If furniture is moved, I will try my best to put it back where I found it.

I will turn off the thermostat when I/we leave the space (unless there is a possibility of freezing weather; in which case, contact Campus Minister for directions.

I will turn off the lights when I leave the space.

I will not use musical instruments or equipment without special permission from the Campus Minister.

If I find anything amiss when either opening or closing, I will call the Campus Minister immediately.

When locking up, I will double check that the door is locked and that green light is no longer blinking before leaving premises.
